Hi am a DoorDasher and this is the 2nd time that the little girl at the counter has refused to allow me to use the restroom before I go wait 45 minutes at the McDonalds drive-through. She tells me its for safety reasons and that only police officers and first responders are allowed. I tell her I am a nurse (which is true). I am wearing a mask, do you really think Im going to go in there and overdose on drugs? If I was going to do that Id much rather do it in the comfort and warmth of my own car. Horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service. The least they could do is ask for an ID and use their best judgment on who they let in the bathroom and who they dont. So Im headed over to the Signal store off Kansas Expressway because that guy is super nice and uses his best judgment. This place has the highest gas prices as well. A nasty representation of KumNGo. Most are very nice and friendly and clean.
