The assessment was quick and gave me important information that I can use with my doctor. The office was clean and the staff was very professional. Overall, a great experience!

So if you read my earlier post about this place not returning my numerous phone calls to set up an appointment. So I left a not real pleasent review, well all of a sudden my phone blew up with from Chris and one of the owners Cindy I believe her was. They went out of their way to make things right. So I decided to give them a shotOMG what a huge mistake, Chris only gave me one choice of hearing aids for $6000.00 when I asked if that was they only choice I had, Chris said we have others, but they are cheaper, and there not as good and the warranty was less, never even gave me the opportunity to look at them and let me decide what would work for my budget. After all you get X amount of days to try them before deciding, but I was never given that choice, Chris just insisted on pushing the $6000.00 hearing aids. So I was told since I had a lot of issues getting an appointment that Id be taken care of. Chris said the owner I spoke with was going to take care of me, he said se was going to give you $200.00 off I said ok thats fine, he started to get very argumentative and said were not in the business of giving our products away, I told Chris thats fine I never said a thing about it I just said ok. Chris the continued to be very defensive and said I guess you thought she would give you half off, chis said well thats not going to happen, were her to make money not give our products away. I never said one word about the price or the product, after he insisted on being a jerk I walked out. So then I called the owner and left 7 messages for her to call me back, so its been 4 weeks and still not one response from the owner or owners, so I decided to write this review , and tell peopl to avoid this place especially the south county branch unless you like to be talked down to and be high pressured to buy the most expensive hearing aids they have with no input on what you would like to spend. Sorry this is so long just want everyone to know the experience I had and to be very careful when you inquire about hearing aids from the south county branch, or from this company in general!!!!! Professional and very helpful. Never knew what sounds I was missing until I got my hearing aids. Would recommend for anyone with hearing loss.
