        Certainly one of the best property management companies in Kirksville. My experience was extremely positive; great units mostly remodeled in a downtown setting with ample parking and a sense of security! They were more than accommodating on multiple fronts and not at all greedy, which were both very pleasant surprises as a renter. I would definitely rent from them again and refer anyone to do the same.

        An animal had dug a hole in the gravel to get under the driveway. My daughter fell due to the hole. I let MP360 know about it and they were out within hours to fix the whole. I really appreciated the quick response. Thank you.

        I couldn't be happier with the townhome I'm renting AND with MP360 management themselves. Everyone on the team from the owner to the office and maintenance personnel have all been very pleasant, professional, and responsive during every interaction.
