Let me start by saying that it takes literal effort to be disrespectful enough for me to take my time and write a bad review. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this location for your rental needs. I have used multiple other u haul locations and have ALWAYS had a great customer experience. Until today. The people that work the counter in this place(including the woman who clearly was acting in a management capacity) are not only rude, but unbelievably disrespectful. After refusing to honor my reservation that cleared the online check in, they went so far to say this to me. That them refusing to rent me a trailer to get my move done this weekend was "my problem", not "their problem". Just amazing people skills these jokers at this place possess. Gross behavior and a real black eye to this company.

Rented a trailer at a very reasonable price, it was ready to get hooked up when I arrived. The associate hooked it up for me. They disconnected it for me when I arrived back to return and I was outta there in less than 5 min. You cant ask for better service.

We rented a truck this past weekend to do a short move. The first truck we got had aome mechanical issues so I had to take it back. A young man named Jonathan Smock was working and immediately got me another vehicle and got me back on the road. He saved the day as we were trying to beat the rain. I hope to have the pleasure to work with him again.
