Nosbush Tax

Had a meeting with Christine. Very unpleasant experience. She had a very condescending tone and came across as if she would rather be doing anything else. If she was having a bad day I wouldve gladly rescheduled but if you hate your job so much you cant even act approachable, its time to find a new job. Wont be looking to Nosbush for tax needs in the future.

I personally would not recommend due to lack of disclosure or clear understanding of pricing. It costs $50 dollars to have a 15 minute consultation, without knowing if you would even use them (is applied to taxes once completed). As a new small business owner and homeowner, things are a bit trickier this year and while I understand the value of time, the person answering the main phone told me to check reviews for pricing which seemed a bit silly. I know pricing situations are different per individual/business, but the explanation to search google reviews or their website to find pricing information was less than endearing.

Our taxes were from out of state, we were worried they would be complicated. Christine made it easy, she explained everything, which after all these years of filing taxes was the first time anyone had taken the time to do, I really appreciated her time and patients. We had a great experience, and would highly recommend her to everyone.
