Zona Rosa Apartments

I don't even know where to start with the trash that is this complex. Constant fire alarms in the middle of the night, a nightmare maintenance (I moved in an my dryer was blowing lint inside of my apartment and it took 14 days to get fixed, so I had no dryer). A condemned parking garage. The worst property management team you can imagine (keep a copy of your lease as they will try to scam money from you but can't back up with writing)

Secured building, quiet, clean. Very few kids if any, nice neighbors and friendly staff. So far so good. Been here almost 2 years

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE . They will make you pay a application fee then send you to collections for something you already paid . PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Very very unprofessional leasing agent here . Dont waste your time

I lived here for 1 year and it was one of the best experience Ive ever had at apartment complexs. Florence was super helpful from day one and made us feel like at home. I highly recommend The Dixon, walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, and gyms. Very luxury and clean!
