Forest Ridge Villas

I recently moved to KC from Japan. Navigating apartment hunting from the other side of the world was daunting. Forest Ridge Villas was one of the few apartments within my budget and desired location that had overwhelmingly positive reviews on multiple sites. There were some challenges navigating the application process from abroad, but Tiffany was an absolute legend to work with. She was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. Nicole and Jorge are super friendly and helpful as well. The apartments are new and spacious. The complex is very quiet with shopping nearby. I 100% recommend living here.

Nicole and Tiffany were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They instantly make you feel at home. They gave us a cute welcome bag (never had that before!) and all genuine smiles. The application process was smooth and easy. The apartments are beautiful inside and out! Fantastic

Went in and spoke with Nicole and Tiffany regarding an apartment. Both are amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and more! Got a tour around the complex and was greeted to the other employees who would be servicing the real estate. Was given a detailed breakdown of the beautiful amenities and pricing of the units. I highly recommend coming here if you are searching for somewhere thats welcoming, detail orientated, attentive and beautiful! This complex has amazing managers, employees, and services from this first impression and I decided to come here for my home stay. As well all know you can never make a second first impression and they did immaculate!

I had a genuinely wonderful experience living at Forest Ridge. The apartments are very clean and spacious. The soaking tub and the views are amazing. It is surrounded by top restaurants and there is homemade ice-cream up the street! I can't give higher praises to Tiffany, the apartment manager, she was reliable, efficient and courteous! It's rare to get that kind of quality in service... I highly recommend this place!
