Roaches, sewage, terrible security. Many instances of homeless sleeping in the lobby. Constant sewage issues. All the positive reviews are made by people who JUST moved in. No one here ACTUALLY likes it. Dont take anything they have to say seriously.

I have been a tenant at Buick Lofts since September of last year. I have 0 complaints whatsoever! Lillian and Del are so sweet, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is going smoothly. Any time I have a question or need to speak to someone, I either call or text Lillian, there has never been a single time she hasnt answered the phone and she always replies to my texts within minutes, even if she is busy she still answers the phone and asks if she can call me back. The view from our loft is quite awesome, especially for only being on the 3rd floor! Big windows we can open, exposed brick walls, new flooring, in unit washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, deep kitchen sink, etc. There isnt really anything else I could ask for to make my entire experience with Buick Lofts any better. You can tell that really do care, and thats something that is really hard to come by with a lot of landlords/property management. Last thing, irrelevant, but I gotta say, the owner (Del) is a handsome guy!!

Buick Lofts is the dirtiest and worst place I have ever lived in. I lived on the third floor in 323 and it was infested with ROACHES. I would have never moved in had I known about this issue. The Landlord Rei and the owner Del waited 7 months to adhere to this issue and the crawl space is still infested. Rei and Del continue to lie to their tenants about not having a infestation and this issue is still not fixed. They're pest control reminders are because the roaches continue to spread. Many tenants have left due to this issue. You will pay Los Angeles prices for just having a view with a new "sink" and unwanted roommates (roaches). Remember there are NO amenities. Prior to moving in, the unit was NOT cleaned, dusted or mopped. When moving out they still charged me for a "dusting" fee (I had one light fixture), a floor fee and more. Even though I sent I had on my walk through that the place was not ready to move in. Also, they do not leave a notice when they come into your apartment. To any future tenants wanting to live in Buick Lofts, I hope this review helped. Worst year of my life living here. Del and Rei were no help and didn't care to make things right.
