Stay through front desk assigned private parking #18 and bfs trucks was towed from spot within matter of minutes an we have to get it out of impound now for 400$ and it's just a big hassle that I don't understand why anyone couldn't reach out and warn me I would've gladly moved my vehicle

I lived at 915 Broadway for nearly 2 years. I broke my lease early because of ongoing issues. The apartments themselves look nice, especially in photos, but the building maintenance is certainly lacking.
It was well over a year living there before I ever saw anyone vacuum the hallways. By the time I moved out they finally started hiring regular building cleaners.
There were constant issues with the washers and dryers, where loads of laundry would take 3x longer than they should just to dry.
I had packages stolen on multiple occasions and when I asked to see if there was security footage of when my packages were stolen, I was told even if they could see who did it they wouldnt be able to do anything since they dont know what the residents look like.
This building also has a lot of AirBnB units, which I wasnt informed about before moving in.
The building also constantly smelled like smoke, and the apartment doors dont have a good seal on them, so any smells from the hallways will waft into your unit.
The communication I had with Tansee on the Yarco team was always good, and I felt like she was responsive and understanding of any issues, but I think that team is spread way too thin to be able to make much progress happen.
Avoid this building and any buildings run by Yarco.

In short, I would avoid Yarco until they hire more people to ensure their properties are taken care of..
Possibly one of the most disappointing rental experiences I have ever encountered..
My roommate and I decided to break our lease early for reasons such as:
- corresponding with Yarco about maintenance issues, stolen provate property, and illegitimate payment notices left on our door had proven to be challenging and unproductive
- 915 has no on-site manager, but shares management with another building. We felt like our building wasn't being cleaned or maintained unless things like trash and rotten groceries piled up in the stairwells. Erin and Tansee (Managers at that oversee 915 and another building are likely spread too thin. When I called about why our deposit is being withheld, Erin started listing damages for a unit that wasn't even mine.. - they seem to have too much on their plate to give the property well enough attention to necessitate a monthly rental price of over $1500)
-we had maintenance requests pending for over 45 days
-Upon move in, our apartment was damaged and filthy..even though my roommate and I left the unit in far better condition than when we found it, We are being told that Yarco will being keeping our deposit..
- on site amenities proved to be less than satisfactory..
Particularly the laundry machines: cycles would take upwards of 6 or 7 hours and there wasn't a single month where there weren't broken machines..
Silver lining: we are glad to be out!

Do not move here! I Erin is a LIAR & very manipulative to spin her narrative. They invade your privacy with fake inspections just to come & check your unit. (i.e. a refrigerator, bathroom & stove have nothing to do with smoking) Telling me I have unauthorized guests as if I can not have company over in a place that I pay rent too. She really said my company who comes to visit are unauthorized guests. If you are looking for a nice accommodating place without having inspections every week to call home please look further!

First off, Erica is amazing! She knows all there is to know about the building, residents, amenities, apartments, and the process. From the get go, shes been very good at communicating and having answers to all my questions. The property is amazing, a great location, and other tenants I met on my tour had nothing but good things to say. Ultimately decided to go with another property that let my son stay in the same school district but Ill be looking to move here again when the kid is gone. Youre going to love it here!
