The Grand

The Grand is one of those communities that your friends and family walk in and are like OMG I love this place. The amenities are some of the best I've seen and I love staying here!

Very nice apartment complex! This place has a ton of amenities. The ambience is top tier. There's a pool, workout room, common area, package drop off, and laundry service!

I lived here for two years and loved my time here! Management is amazing, big shout to Lindsay, shes the best! Maintence is very quick and efficient too. Overall I had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I agree that The Grand is the BEST apartment living either of us have experienced. The staff was incredibly helpful from day 1, and the units and amenities are amazing. We were sold as soon as we saw a corner unit. The large windows give some of the best views in the city. If you have a dog or dogs, youll get to know many of the tenants well during potty breaks on the 2nd floor, and I found most of the dog-owner tenants to be a delight. Big plus! Also, and this is probably hard to believe, but things just didnt really break. Usually after living in an apartment for a while, youll start to notice things are lesser quality than when initially met the eye. I noticed that was NOT the case here: everything in the apartment was built to last. The only issue we ever had was a faulty dryer, and Chris (great maintenance staff) literally swapped it out for a new one the next day. Chris, Lindsey in the leasing office (shes great!!), and everyone else are really nice, attentive and all-around swell. Youll have a great experience if you lease here.
