If I could give them a minus 10 I would. I paid thousands of Dollars, the job turned out to be horrific, everything that could go wrong did, they were painful, bulky, didn't fit, and would constantly fall and at the bottom line the tech lab Rick said "you're just going to have to live with it!"....I sued them for a full refund & Court fees just two weeks ago and won. I came to Court prepared, the District manager who was there had to admit to the Judge that everything I told the him was true, I had all my ducks in the row with paperwork, printouts, and photographs, the other party had nothing. Needless to say that the Judge was not impressed with her and didn't like that I was told to "live with it!"...if your dentures don't fit, they are painful and you are not happy with them don't be afraid to sue them, you will win it. I wouldn't go there again if it was for free of no charge. At the moment they operate without a dentist, how is it possible is a puzzle to me. Worst dental office I have ever seen in my life. Now I am flying across the world (Turkey) to have their mess fixed and to have bioHPP Toronto Hybrid system installed. Good luck with this horrible dental office if you still decide to visit there.

They messed up my uppers my overbite they never did fix it and the staff can be a lot friendlier

The service was incredibly friendly. They were a little bit slow but really busy so it was understandable. The dentist was great and the woman in financing was the best! I can't wait until I have my new smile!!!

I was told that the initial dental exam would be free of charge. The girls who did the exam was not professional at all. The spent over an hour making mouth extremely painful. I wanted them to stop but they kept saying that it would be free of charge and its good for me to take advantage of this offer. I finally agreed, and after the exam I talked to their manager about the dental treatment plan. I asked her again and she confirmed that the initial assessment was free. One month later, I received a bill. I called the dental office, the manager made a lot of excuses to cover her lies, and later she said that she would request the billing department to cancel the bill. She lied again! I am receiving bills again.
