Well it's been a year since my last review so i thought i would update it. I would give it no stars but it won't let me. Rent has gone up so much since Yes took over it is now hard for me to live here on a fixed income. Rent always went up $9 to $12 a year before Yes. Since they took over 3 yrs ago it has gone up $25, $35 and now $40. On top of that now we are getting charged for trash pickup. Another $19 so a full increase of $59 this year. I have a single wide and am paying as much as a double wide now. There are also many dogs and cats that are left to run unleashed which is supposed to be against rules but continues. I used to really like the community when I bought my home and moved in 15 years ago but with the rent increases and little upkeep of the property I just wish I could move but am pretty much stuck here on fixed income.

I have lived here 22 years and the park is peaceful, and the park is clean. I love that we are surrounded by rolling hills. If you have kids then they will have a lot of friends to play with. The driveways fit 3 cars which is nice.

Well the new owners are in court cases in multiple different states for illegal rent increases, its has raised more in the last year that have owned it than in over 3 years that we have lived here. They took down the playground last year have yet to get it fixed and are now stating they are going to charge us for our kids to use it. They neglected the trash bill multiple times, changed the pick up days without proper notice and at the same time want to complain about people trash cans being too full/having things set outside of their trash cans. Just take these things into consideration before you sign anything from YES communities.
