Phenomenal customer service from start to finish! They were so flexible and accommodating as I had requested a late pick up (12 midnight) for my wedding reception. Also very quick responses which is so nice especially because it was a little last minute (booked 2 weeks prior!). Also, during my wedding the guest kids there were a bit too enthusiastic and unfortunately misplace & broke some of the props which is so awful, but thankfully Top Flyte Party Rentals were very understanding with this!! They're so nice and easy to work with. Also very good rates. Highly recommend! Definitely would use them again for future events.

Recently hired Top Flyte Party Rentals for a birthday on Saturday and it could not have gone any better. Luke offered incredibly friendly service with clear and swift communication prior to the booking, offering a great selection of backgrounds and props for the booth itself as well as custom options. Set up and take down went very smoothly with no disruption to the day and, despite the rain and potential hail, Luke powered through with a smile. We got access to an online gallery to download all pictures. It was a pleasure to work with you and would highly recommend, thanks so much :)
