Banfield Pet Hospital

This is our first Time to this location, we were in need of an emergency visit for my puppy Delta having problems,we got in the same day. The place was clean and well organized. Friendly staff when greeted, even leaving the staff was still friendly. The room we was in was clean. I say that we were there for about an hour they took care of everything provide his medication and food. I do plan on coming back to this location for his next appointment. (Making it our go to for all three of our pets)Thats apparently next week for update shots, An update on his problems he had.

In general they are good and respectful. I am happy with their work. There is only one nurse practitioner that I don't feel comfortable to bring my pets days she is there, she is not good with puppies. So I bring my pets days she is not there. Thank you so much for the great work!

This is place was very disappointing to say the least. I brought my puppy in as well as my significant other did. They were extremely rude to me and unprofessional. But the opposite with my significant other. I brought in my puppy for shots and the doctor had practically told me I had no choice but to get my puppy neutered. We also found out this week that they did not give my puppy all the shots that my puppy actually needed. So I was not able to get my puppy groomed due to that. The staff is rude and are very pushy with things. They also brought my puppy back to get basic shots and it was very weird. Im not sure why they couldnt have done it in the room where I was.

From the moment I walked in through the door, I noticed the office was very clean and organized. The lady at the front desk was very patient and kind with me as I was a little nervous. The vet techs were very understanding and educated me with every step they took with my kitten, Riven. I'm so glad I chose Banfield! They really eased my kitten mom anxiety!
