    We stayed at this hotel on our way to an event. Even though the hotel was busy, our room was clean and quiet. Marleena at the front desk was very helpful and working hard to keep everyone happy. It was our 33rd anniversary and she wished us congratulations. The next morning while checking out we mentioned that we would be back the following Saturday. When we arrived she said that she had been waiting for us and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The first time the cook didn't show up to cook the warm breakfast but the second time we had it and it was decent. The hotel was clean, quiet, but the front desk staff, especially Marleena were exceptional.

    I only stay where breakfast is included which is what was stated when I booked through the Hilton app. I came down for breakfast and was disappointed at the selection and quality of the selections. The food was cold and pastries were stale. I was approached and told that breakfast was NOT free, but was $12.95!!! I would not have paid $5.00. The manager said that this hotel does not provide free breakfast since they have a restaurant that offers it for a charge. The "restaurant' looked just like every free breakfast setup I have ever seen. After much protest I was finally offered vouchers to be used in the "restaurant". I would not recommend staying here. There wasn't a writing utensil or notepad to be found. The ceiling sheet rock tape is peeling off. The pillows were flat. I could not get comfortable. They only provide housekeeping service every other day during your stay.

    On my fifth night here, and to say it's been disappointing would be an understatement. The room is fine, but service has been non-existent. The first morning there was no hot breakfast available because the person who was supposed to cook didn't show up. The wifi has been super spotty, both in my room and dining area. And during my entire stay my room hasn't been cleaned a single time, despite the fact that I twice tried putting out the "service please" door tag and left for 5+ hours. The second time, the service please tag had actually been replaced by someone with a "no, thank you" door tag - and no, I didn't put it on the wrong way; this one was a completely different door tag altogether, a different color/design. I went to the front desk and no one was there. So, I sent a message through the app, but nearly 10 hours later there has been no response. I'm a diamond member through Hilton and have stayed at many Hilton garden inns - they're usually pretty predictable, albeit basic, and I'm not even that picky, but this doesn't live up to even the most basic standards. I grew up in the area and come back often to visit friends and family, won't be coming back to this property.
