        James is amazing. He explains things so well. He always go the extra mile in service. He runs a fantastic store. Great staff and great attitude. He built me a BMC bike (which rides incredibly well), helped me order a bike box for air travel, and even made a PDF & video for me on packing & unpacking the bike box. He knows a great deal & is always very helpful. I always feel great going into Ironman races with his help.

        This store is great, I was looking for a bike especially BMC, I could only find it here and made the purchase online, James made it possible to send my bike to my doorstep, he was attentive and fast. I am happy with my new bike!
