Big Shark

My wife convinced me to sell my motorcycle and buy two bicycles. I did just that. We landed at Big Shark in Chesterfield. Excellent Sales, Fulfillment and Service. It feels like we are part of the family and they will be servicing our bikes for years to come. They know bikes! and now we know each other.

Big Shark in Chesterfield is the best! Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. David Hoffman helped me out this past Sunday when I blew out a tire. He had me in and out and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for both service and sales. Keep up the great work!

Left my bike for a repair on the wheel. I was told that I should expect to spend X dollars but when I got the bike, 2 days after the promised date, I was charged 3X the quote. I can pay and this is not the issue. The lack of transparency and professionalism of the store is the issue.

First impression, for us, we were unimpressed. After talking to Mike, we had a much better second experience. The company is committed to a great experience and great service. If you don't have a good experience, Mike will ensure you do.
