        What a great morning out on the lake with SUPStLouis. Stacey was so good at explaining so much before we got on the water - I felt so prepared. Then out on the water she helped all of us get up and going. Stacey and Sam were great to work with today. The water at River's Edge Park is great - it was smooth and most importantly clean looking :) Didn't want to go in to murky gross water if we fell in. Very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend the SUP 101. If I can get up on the water with a bum foot today I promise you can too! Just sign up and go have fun!!!!

        What a wonderful way to spend time. Doing yoga or a river paddle trip, both are so refreshing and empowering. Even if you have never paddleboarded you will feel comfortable and at ease. This is a way to get through the hot St. Louis summers and still enjoy the sounds and sights of nature. The only problem- I wish I could go every day

        SUP St. Louis hosted our Girl Scout troop for a fun summer outing, and it was top-notch. Stacey and team provided a helpful tutorial before sending the 9th graders and some parents out on the water. Two hours of relaxation, laughter, and some exercise, too. River's Edge Park was perfect, and the lifeguard Stacey hired was attentive and helpful, as well. We had a great time and are eager to go back!

        We had the most incredible time learning to paddleboard with SUP St. Louis! My teenage daughter and I took the SUP 101 class having never paddleboarded before. The owner, Stacey, taught our class. She is so friendly and encouraging. I was standing up on the board in no time at all! SUP St. Louis provides the board, pfd, and quality instruction to get you up on a paddleboard the first time out. The experience was everything I hoped for and more. We can't wait to go paddleboarding with SUP St. Louis again!

        If you ever thought about paddle boarding, you should. I did it for the first time and I loved it. Stacy was amazing. She was so nice, through with instructions and patient couldnt ask for a better experience. Paddle board yoga is next.
