I recommend St. Louis Smile Center to anyone who will listen. Dr. Vadnal has the best bedside manner and they are well accustomed to patients with high anxiety. They offer multiple different options to aide in your visit and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I could not recommend them more!

I just had a new patient appointment and couldnt have been more pleased with my experience! I am medically complex and need some adjustments for cleanings and procedures and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me and did so with kindness and compassion. It was the easiest cleaning and exam Ive ever had and I am confident my future procedures will go the same way. They also provided a lot of information during my exam and provided a detailed estimate for my upcoming filling. I cant recommend this practice enough!
