        Great products!!! Sam was great to work with not pushy and new the product details!! Great product Speed Queen washer is excellent. Quiet washing great like the old school washers!!! Quality!!! Thanks for making purchasing easy and delivery easy!!!

        Gotta say I've been let down by Sylman Brothers. We have bought several appliances from them and have recommended them to many friends and family. We purchased a speed queen washing machine from them 4 1/2 years ago and have had many issues with it. After dealing directly with speed queen and getting nowhere I reached out to Sylman for help. In the end I was told that because of the age of the machine they could not help me, even though my machine was still under warranty. I was hoping that they could help resolve this continuing issue and stand behind the product sold to me. That is customer service through and through.i don't think I will be returning to Sylman for future purchases nor will I recommend.
