Hook Agency did not meet my expectations, and as a client I did not have a pleasant experience at all. I cannot speak for other clients, but COO Cody Warren was very immature and inexperienced. If you are looking for a marketing company with mature, seasoned staff to meet your needs this company may not be the one for you. Great location, I had high hopes, but will not be trusting this company with my business.

Very good people and very talented marketing professionals. I would have loved to hire them but they have an existing client in our service area and they're classy like that. So instead, I stay up to speed on industry knowledge with their help because their content is fantastic. Genuine, approachable, funny, and COMPETENT folks that will help you grow your home service business.

This is not a client of Hook Agency 🙏 Unfortunately we have to let go of employees who do not perform, and our COO Cody had to do that this past week. Now this review shows up one business day later. Unfortunately this is likely a paid for review like that as this person is not a client. We wish the employee that was let go, nothing but the best.
