Provided a quote and after the work was done added additional $600 saying it was for an additional person. They came unexpectedly because another job in the are fell through so a third person was with them. We were there and another person was not needed. The work crew were great, however they did cut the line for our Internet. Laurie was rude when called about the issue. We forgot to tell her about the possible cost to repair the Internet line! So, workers are great but management is not!
