Terrible company. Does not support small business. You could hire a kid from high school and get better customer service and products. I signed up for a 3 month contract at $399 a month. I ended up disputing my charges because I was very unsatisfied on how everything went down. Im a small business struggling through COVID and they were one of the worst companies Ive delt with. I actually had to tell my account manager how to do his job. I told them I was done using them and wanted a refund and when they wouldnt even stop my contract with and and wanted more money I told them I was going to dispute this with my banks and they could deal with them on it. They had over 90 days to dispute with my bank and they did nothing. Just ended up sending a colllextions notice for over $1400 wich is also messed up because the original contract showed I pay 1,197. So where is this extra 300+ dollars coming from. Snakes! Stay away!!

My experience with this company was very poor. I did my best to produce results within their program constraints but with no success. My account representative did the best he could with what he had to work with but the product was substandard. After a number of months of frustration, I told them I was no longer going to use their service and stopped paying. They have now sent the last two months of the contract to collections during the Covid-19 gym closures here in MN. This it totally unethical in my opinion. A typical big company conducting "business" with no concern for their clients.

I have had them work on my seo stuff for 4 months. I have no change to anything. Just tried to cancel they told me I couldnt cancel. I would still be billed for next month.
