I ordered on there app and chose pickup order there was an option for drive thru pickup or inside pickup. I chose drive thru. I waited in a long line in the drive thru than I reached the speaker I started saying I have a mobile order before I could even finish saying it the lady rudely said mobile orders must come inside. I said I chose drive thru on the app. She refused to give me my food and said it was their policy. I already paid for the food. She still refused to give me my order. It would not have been a big deal but after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru was the big deal and because they were so rude I just left and cancelled my order.

Went on Friday 4/5/24 10pm order a 2 piece meal and asked for 2 breast, I was charged a difference for the extra breast, when I got home starving found only 2 thighs instead of what I had ordered and paid for. Tried calling but only got voice mail saying it was full.

Probably the worse wings ever. Over cooked and the BBQ sauce poured on . The beans and rice was ok as well as the mash potatoes. I had a bad experience a few years ago at a different location but I wanted to give them another try. Oh well..always go with your first instinct.

This place is total disaster. They never have anything and when they do its old and cold..not fresh at all. The wait is ridiculous for that to be fast food and on top of it all the attitudes are horrible. I will not be back to this location EVER. These issues at this location needs to be fixed asap because this is unacceptable.
