Have used Lavdas for transportation to and from the airport multiple times. The service and rates are always the best, especially being that its all the way to Port Huron and back for them! It makes vacation so much nicer when they drop off and pickup right at the curb. Love the staff and the service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nick and his team!

I rented a party bus from Lavdas for my 30th birthday as they were recommended by a friend. However, when the bus arrived & we tried to connect our music, the system would not work. After trying multiple phones, apps, and connection methods we finally got music connected, but it was already an hour into our scheduled drive. We were not even able to drive around during this time as our driver was trying to help troubleshoot this issue. Once connected, I felt relieved until we were disconnected from the speaker system multiple other times throughout our ride forcing us to either ride without music or find a radio station to listen to. I am extremely disappointed as Lavdas was very kind and helpful during my reservation process. However, since reaching out to them for a remedy to the issues I had with their service, they have been silent. I was told three weeks ago now that I should expect a call from a manager to find a remedy to the issues experienced, but have yet to receive that call. I have made two follow up calls and neither were returned. This is not how you treat customers who are paying money for your services. Due to Lavdas lack of response to the problem I made them aware of, I do not plan on using them for any future services nor do I plan on recommending them to anyone else.

We used Lavdas to take us to and from the airport. Our driver was Tone Lewis. I want to let you know what an asset he is to your company. Not only was he always early to pick us up each time but he has the best personality. He picked us up at 5am and was the most pleasant person. I would use your company again and I will for sure be asking for Tone! Thank you!

I used this service to pick me up from the airport. Even though there were many flight delays my driver William was there waiting for me when I landed. He was very courteous and agreeable. I would use this service again.
