PODS Moving & Storage

They don't do refunds. I had my pod delivered and picked up before the next month and had over twos before the next billing period. They kept my money and don't prorate for when the pod isn't yours. They charged me for the month but I didn't have it for a month. I was told someone was waiting for it some they charged me and the other guy at the same time for same pod. Double dipping. I wish I could do no stars. Stealing

I am so glad we thought to use PODS for our move. It was so easy to reserve and make changes when things happened unexpectedly and our move was delayed. Having the POD really helped our stress level because we were able to pack slow and steady instead of doing a mad dash. I was very happy with the communication and customer service.

I used PODS for my move from NC to MI and it was a great experience. Very easy and convenient. Definitely worth the money. Peace of mind and very simple. I didn't have to worry about filling up a gas tank or deal with a flat tire. I just filled the POD, they picked it up, and they took it to my storage facility in Michigan. It's definitely worth every penny.

Destroyed my property in the processes of picking up my neighbors pod. When I complained they said the only way to prove it's my yard is for me to pay to get the property line surveyed. Like it's on my side of the fence, it's obviously my yard. Why should I have to pay to repair your mistake?? Absolutely NEVER use this company. Edit to respond to your response- You have been in contact with me only this morning after I left a negative review on Facebook for everyone to see. You are taking my neighbor (whom has moved out) word that the damage is on their side of the property which it very clearly is not. You're demanding I get my property surveyed which costs over $100 to do and you will not reimburse me. You also said over the phone that you'd send me an email restating what needs to be done in order for you to repair this and it's already been over an entire workday and I'm still waiting for that email in order to send you the required documents. Your CS is a joke and the fact that you're acting like it's not your responsibility to fix your mistake and making it out like it's my problem is a HUGE problem. Again NEVER use this company.
