Yummy Kabob

Went there for an early dinner with my small family. We were the only ones there and the owner waited on us and prepared our meal, even though there were many take-out orders picked up while we were there. We had salads, grape leaves, chicken kabob, and chicken kafta. We had their house-made lemon-mint drink as well. The food and drink was very tasty and the service was surprisingly good for one person doing everything. For dessert, we had a fresh-made strawberry smoothie, and rice pudding to-go, which were both delicious. The owner chatted with us for a while after we ate and he even gave us a free little bit of his bread dessert that was a recipe passed down through his family. We had a great overall experience. The owner was very respectful and he seemed to be working hard to make his business growth in the area and help out the local community.

Friendly service. Reasonably priced. Chicken Cream Chop was a little tough, rice was slightly over cooked, kinda chewy instead of fluffy. Hummus was creamy & tasted delicious. Soup was afterthought, very hot but very bland. Im not sure I would order again but that shouldnt take away from anything Yummy Kabob offers locals. I could see myself possibly trying another menu item & some more of that hummus to go. Thanks for dinner.
