I went there to ship a package, one of the employees placed the wrong label. Package went to a different state. I tried to call customer service and ended up talking to people in Philippine who barely understand English and half asleep, then I called corporate, they referred me back to Philippine where they say I need to talk to corporate, which ends up back to Philippine. I drove to the UPS store where I place the shipping, they said that the wrong label they placed on my package was an item return label, and theres nothing they can do to intercept it, and that my package is gone. I asked if they can compensate for the loss of package the manager said they dont compensate. But they can re-ship the package (which is already lost). I had one idea on my mind, which is USA has become a communist country, and the service here is like Soviet Union if not worse. Horrible customer service, dark and evil. Irresponsible employees, indifferent management, bad service, and these automated telephone responders are a lie to your face, they just dont want to talk to you, they dont want to help, they dont want to hear your voice, and they dont even care.
