Ive had a car thru them for almost 3 years now. Its almost paid off. Now keep in mind I'm a single mother of 3, have been off work due to health reasons, recently lost a child tragically, and am struggling. So I get behind a payment or two sometimes. My payments are $91 a week...so at the MOST I owe them $182. They will repo your car over one payment. One week. $91. They repoed my car today early in the morning while I ran inside an establishment to get a doordash order. Because I was short a few dollars still I was doordashing to come up with more money to pay them. They repoed it with my wallet, my phone, and my daughter's ashes in my car. They took it in a different city them. I was in the market for a vehicle for my oldest son as he is starting to drive. I met with Greg, who provided me with a deal I would be stupid to refuse. My son loves how the SUV rides and I am happy that Greg took the time to put my family's needs and safety above a sale.

I have had my car a few months and my transmission went out it took five weeks to fix it I have it back a day and somehow my power steering goes out and a few days later my transmission goes out again and they keep wanting me to pay my deductible I lost my job because it took 5 weeks the first time it just went in today I asked for rental because I cant go 5 weeks without a car again because they take there sweet time getting the parts instead of letting the garage get the parts They definitely are not for the customers maybe they should check there cars better
