The service department, especially Ryan, was fantastic. They diagnosed the problem, an intermittently functioning ignition coil on one of the cylinders, and efficiently replaced only the problem coil. I expected a lot more expensive repair. What a relief, and now it runs great.

I am writing this review due to(HAROLD ZIGLER) having my car for over six months I took my car in for a safety recall. When I drove the car in it was running fine. Now that they installed the safety recall my car wont start. I was told that they will find a solution to the car back running. (6 months later) I called a few days ago Norm (service tech) told me theres nothing they can do. Im lost for words while I still wait Update: 2/15/2024 MY CAR IS STILL SITTING IN DEALERSHIP 8 months later I have called left messages for both the general manager and service manager still no response I have spent over 30k or more throughout the years with this company Im still lost for words
