I think it was John and Doug that came out. Friendly and professional. Dug in the wrong place the first time for the access cover, but no worries. Even marked where I need to turn the valve on the drain fields.

What a great experience I hade today with Modern. I learned how my septic system works (it is important to know) what I needed to do to maintain it which is HAVE IT PUMPED OUT EVERY 5 YEARS. And I got a great deal! Modern installed my system in 1964 and it is still going strong.

We have done business with Modern Septic & Sewer over a span of years. My husband and I are retired now but over the the years as our children grew, we owned 3 homes. We always were happy with their service. Over the last 30 years when ever I had a question and called the office they were always very pleasant and helpful. I feel when you call a business and are treated with respect as a customer nowadays is very rare. I know over the years my husband has recommended Modern to coworkers and our friends. My family would never hesitate to refer someone to this company. We hope we dont need Modern any time soon, but if we do we know there will be no worries.
