The Waiting Room

I was so disappointed in our experience... I brought my 17 year old son in for a haircut yesterday. Not only was the haircut done poorly and he was not offered a wash, but when I walked in after my son I was not greeted or spoken to and the barber not performing the haircut sat in a chair on his phone and did not look up at all when I attempted to talk to both barbers. I felt awkward and unwelcome and I'm upset with myself for even paying for this, let alone tipping. The guy behind the counter up front was talking to an old buddy and never said a word to me, either. What an uncomfortable experience. We went to another hair stylist right afterward to fix my sons hair, costing me an additional $30. This is a small business with a cool interior that has a lot of potential, but i walked out feeling pretty miffed. We won't be back.

Classy, upscale, sophisticated and you feel like your best self when you walk out every time! we all have those moments in life when we get down on ourselves, features, seasonal depression etc. The Waiting Room does an excellent job of keeping those positive spirits and energies alive inside of you throughout the entire winter and beyond!!
