Worst place I have ever lived! There is lead paint in the apartments. Mildew in the bathroom ceiling. Any little noise and the elderly neighbors will complain. They try to make tenants pay for repairs that are there responsibility! There's bee's everywhere. The owners are stuck up careless women. If you care about your health and privacy this is not where you want to call home. Oh there is a sex offender that lives in the building to

Lets just say if i knew what i know now i would have never moved here. I have 2 children under the age of 9 and they cant even play without us getting complaints or the cops being called. You have to many nosey neighbors i mean i cant even sit on the belcony without them being in our business. We were never notified about a CSC offender living here. I witnessed the DEA an HSI raid one of the apartments a week after we moved in. Management may seem friendly but in all reality there not. This is just not a place where i feel safe comfortable or a place i want to call home.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever lived!!!!. Looks are very deceiving when it comes to this place. From the day I moved in my two young boys (newborn and 7yrs ), my hubby & I were harassed by the tenants. They have some secret society neighborhood watch called the corner whom told me via letter stuck on my door that they felt intimidated upon my move in. During my course of move in these apartments I had the Kalamazoo police called on me 8 times yes 8 times, for petty things such as my child playing to loudly or to close to cars. My son is very respectable of people and their property. They also called CPS on several times one of them was for concern for my son helping me with laundry ( I had a broken ankle at the time & lived on the 3rd floor, laundry was on the basement floor, my hubby worked from 5 to 2 or 3 am) and for my newborn crying because it caused to much noise, like seriously!!! Another time I was at work and these a**holes (please excuse the French) called KVET on me stating I was running a lab in my apartment!!!! I astounded at these accusations I have NEVER in my life such things nor ever been in trouble with the law. Reporting this to management was not helpful at all, they did absolutely nothing about this. They do not fix repairs, it is up to tenants to fix things management is to do. I had NO IDEA about the CSC of the person living there till I read these other statements, Had I known I would never have moved there, its probably the old man that walks around with his T-Shirt and boxers on that I reported and they still did nothing about it. I could go and on about the horrible things of this place but I hope you get the idea. This place needs to be shut down

not the best place to live. the hot water hasn't been working for months, the oven is broken, the bath room ceiling has been leaking since I moved here three years ago, the maintenance man is a felon who blasts his radio, runs & stomps up and down the stairs day and night, lies to his boss, tries to go around intimidating people, and acts like he owns or runs the place. they keep raising the rent, so I can't save up to move somewhere else.
