Everyone here does an exceptional job!!! I got checked in and the wait to get called back isn't long. Dr.Jammer is always very kind and she did a good job at answering my questions and concerns. I dont feel like just another patient here I feel like all the staff really care about giving you a good experience. I got my hard contacts here as well as my glasses and I've had no issues with either. I gladly give this place 5 stars and definently recommended my friends and family come here. :)

Stay away ! Had a terrible eye infection and the doctor completely ignored it and left me in a lurch with no medication prescribed or any staff calling me back on the matter ! They only want to sell glasses and could care less about your health . I strongly recommend Not going here ! Basically on my case was a complete patient abandonment due to the fact that my eye was so infected during my visit and they never cared to get me the medical necessary treatment deemed . Went to a normal facility and was taking care of immediately and professionally without having to call this place dozens of times to only get no response! Also charged me for service covered under my insurance and being on a fixed income after numerous times stating I was on a very low income situation they were more concerned in selling me glasses I could not afford! I was given a bill and not even a informal form of my condition! Stay away folks these people are not interested in health or vision but money! Thanks a lot guys for leaving me with a serious eye infection to suffer for many weeks and no follow through! Patient abandoned! Never will I refer anybody to your office ever again !
