        They really care about their customers and making sure we are satisfied. I had an issue and Ni really went above and beyond to make it up to me, and for that I'm so grateful. It really made my day. I can tell this business really cares about providing the best service, experience, and quality for their customers. They are really doing their best and are always open to making everyone's experience better if there are any issues. I truly recommend them. I commend them for their care and kindness as well. The drinks are VERY delicious, and that's a bonus to the great customer service, I'm so glad I found out about them and I will continue to visit ( :

        They aren't open even though they claim to be open and no one to answer the phone. Wish I could have gotten to experience a genuine cat cafe

      Hi Eliza. Thank you for trying to visit us, however, we were closed during the time you visited due to personal business matters. Google took a few days to update our hours of operation, so we apologize for that! We made sure to disclose this on all other social media platforms. For clarification, we are a Boba Tea shop serving food and beverages, not a cat cafe as some people may think. :)
