Terrible customer service every time and if you have an issue with a mobile app pickup order, McDonalds has nothing in place to speak to the company directly - they only direct you to handle it with that restaurant you ordered from. There have been multiple times the restaurant was unable to fulfill my already paid for meal and then tell me Im responsible for cancellation and refund but theres literally no way to do so . It is the responsibility of that restaurant to do so and THEY NEVER HANDLE IT. I lost $12 today because they said their was nothing they could do for a refund and they couldnt fulfill the order because the system was down. That may not be their fault but theyre telling customers they have to handle the refund and cancellation themselves when it states clear as day in the App FAQs that the testa is responsible for this. Take the extra time and save yourself a headache, just go around the corner to the McDonalds on 8 mile!!!i
