I hired this company to renovate the front yard and garden beds. David was very helpful, on time and pleasant at the beginning. BUT once you pay the deposit everything seems to change. From the beginning you could tell he was in a rush to finish the project as fast as possible. When I would say something in regards to the project he would become irritated, defensive, unavailable and didnt have anytime to speak to you about the project you are PAYING for. His business practice seems to be that he gives you a price and then tries to do the job as cheap as possible whether that be the poor quality materials or lack of material he supplies. The yard is still filled with low spots. The new top soil is filled with rocks and appears to be of extremely low quality. As of now, grass is growing in some spots but some zones appear to be complete dead zones. The rocks for the garden beds were not nearly enough to cover the area where you can still see fabric. Fabric was poorly placed and there are weeds already growing out of the rocks in numerous areas. The edging was poorly installed where you can see rocks in between the edging and walkway and edging not flush with the ground. Also, some of the plants and flowers came in poor condition and continue to look unhealthy. The plants and grass are watered twice a day. Some things were left unfinished and dirt and rocks were left all over the driveway, walkway, and on the street that I had to clean myself. When the job was finished we spoke and we agreed that more rocks were needed and that after a few weeks we would see how the grass was growing. If the grass was patchy we would lay more seed. After that I was ignored for over three weeks and finally got a hold of him. We spoke and he agreed to come by to take a look. After coming by, we agreed another yard of rocks (which we already had discussed) and more seed were needed. Fast forward to the next week and he became erratic, angry and began accusing me of moving rocks. On the phone he was yelling so much I couldnt get a word in. He then began to yell at me about a company sign he planted in the yard. The sign was up for 3 weeks and after being ignored for that long it was taken down. Now, he saying he is going to charge for me random things including $75 for the cardboard sign and kept repeating to me while yelling on the phone that he isnt afraid. In conclusion, the work, quality and professionalism were of very poor quality. If you value your money that you work hard for I would advise you to look elsewhere or prepare to be disappointed. I am so pleased with this company!! After numerous calls and no call backs to other companies, I called them on a Saturday and my call was answered on the first ring! I was quoted the same day, and within a few days they came and tackled my mess of a yard. A much needed spring clean up, brush removal, and a mow (when other said it couldn't be done). I will definitely be calling them for any future needs and HIGHLY recommend them! Service: Lawn care
