Dan with Footprint replaced my 25 year old oil boiler with a high efficiency propane boiler and water heater after it quit in the middle of winter. Why is it that plumbing issues always pop up when its freezing outside? One frigid morning not long ago I awoke to find I had no hot water. Dan of Footprint Home services was my first call. Footprint was very responsive, visiting my house later that same day. It was getting late, well past regular business hours, but Dan stayed until we had a clear understanding of the issue and solution in place. I've now used Footprint several times and I've always been impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness.
