        Incompetent called about an Amazon return , clerk yes we do bring it down. Drove 20 minutes get there and Im told they dont use the QR code sent from Amazon it has to have a label, how about starting with that information on the phone.

        Pharmacy is extremely inefficient. No customer focus. Clearly under very poor management. Folks working in there are obviously poorly trained and overwhelmed. If your Dr is 1 minute down the road from them still send the script somewhere else like Putnam CT CVS. It will be ready by the time you get there. They have more helpful employees and you just saved yourself 2 hours and a lot of annoyance.

        I am amazed at the negative reviews, I have never had anything but 5star service from front desk, pharmacy and especially drive thru.
