Constantly"running behind" on appointments. Most if the time id be on my way and I'd receive a text saying " I'm about a half hour behind" even though im about five minutes away. One time mixed me up with another person and he texted the other person cancelling so I sat for an hour and waited. When Stephen arrived I got no apology or even a free haircut, he just laughed and was like oh silly me and even added "I couldn't figure out why(the other guy) said he didn't have an appt. Hahaha." Will bump you for family and friends who don't have an appt and just walk in. The last straw was I call and spoke to Stephen had changed my appt A WEEK ahead of time to a different day and when I showed up for my new appt he wasnt there." When I texted her said "I forgot we changed your appt." He did apologize and said "Can you come back this evening or in the morning," I replied " I am free after four today." Never heard anything completely ghosted like a child. Irresponsible and unprofessional!!!! Your time is not important. My roommate stopped going because of his behavior about a year prior but I kept giving him chances. Done!!
