        I went to the the bank a few days ago to ask a specific question about a transfer...they told me I could do it on my online banking I been waiting for 4 days to "verify" the account to only find out it can't be done that way I wish they would train their tellers the right way so things like this wouldn't happen...this money transfer was an life or death situation.

        Got my first mortgage with Southbridge Savings Bank 38 years ago and have never been disappointed. They are very family friendly and business professionals. The merger made them stronger. I like not having fees and they give you a lot of options to save money with interest. I use the Park Ave branch and the Webster branch and have always been treated great.
