I have been going to Pocasset family dental for a number of years and have always been taken on time! Staff in he office, doctors, and hygenists, etc. are quite nice and are always making sure I am comfortable with what ever procedure I am there for. They are polite, courteous,and caring I would go no place other than Pocassset Family Dental

I came here because my therapist had said they're trans friendly and they work with people with anxiety. During intake, it really appears that way, especially on the forms they have you fill out, in practice, not so much. For the entire time I've gone here, they have not gotten my name or pronouns correct, except the receptionist got my name right once. The person who calls me into the appointment actually said "oh, I don't look at patient charts" for the reason why she never has any idea what my name is. That is even more alarming than just being ignorant. I had gone in for a crown to finish off the root canal work I got, and the same woman who doesnt read patient charts, after asking me what my appointment is for, told me that "we don't have enough time for that" and asked if I told the person scheduling the appt that. I said yes and she walked out. I don't really think someone who doesn't read patient charts and doesn't care about patients in general should work in Healthcare.
