Steven and Beth, unlike so many real-estate agents, have their clients best interest at heart, not their commissions. My wife and I were planning to sell our Plymouth home and purchase in Maine, which we love. Having listened to us over several meetings, they actually talked us out of listing and staying put. They saw how much we enjoyed our Plymouth home and convinced us that we could still use Maine as our get-away vacation spot, possibly purchasing a second home there one day.
