You have a lot of work to do. I have been going to Sweet Frog for years (locations in Virginia when I lived there). I walk into your newly opened shop and the first thing I noticed was how filthy it was. There was toilet paper on the ground. The floor was all sticky and gross. Only four of the machines were working and the frozen yogurt came out icy and strange. The machines were blinking and had sticky notes saying not working. The toppings were a mess. The heath bar and Reeses were a solid chunk. The cherries were frozen. The only toppings that looked edible were the sprinkles. There was no one else there - so no excuse. The girl was just standing there. You just opened and its like this? Really disappointing. I wish I took photos.

Been sitting outside for 30 minutes. Sign says they open at noon and yet no one's here. Very unprofessional

More machines not working than the ones that did. Raspberry did not work strawberry lemonade. 3 empty. Chocolate did not work. Strawberry did not work. Mint did not work. Pineapple and coconut did not work either. Only ones that worked were pool party punch, vanilla, cookies and cream, lemon, cake batter, peanut butter
