It was renovated years ago, maybe around 2010, so it's cleaner and nicer now inside. Standard customer service and deli counter service. Sandwiches are typically good. Convenient to route 3 and located near Sunoco Gas Station, Dunkin Donuts, and just down the road from Plymouth Public House, Shaw's, CVS, etc.

Store is clean except for the coffee station. For the past 6 months never seen cream in the creamer dispenser. Sometimes a carton of cream sitting in room temperature water. Today coffee drain under coffee machine halfway full with milky coffee water. Drain must be plugged and coffee machine cleaning tablets sitting with the nondairy cream and sugar. Not a save practice .

They ABSOLUTELY arent open 24 hours. They close at midnight and are supposed to open at 5AM. But I wouldnt go there from between 5-530AM because whoever is opening is late literally every single day.

It's like watching ugly otters at a zoo that have jobs for some reason, staff does absolutely nothing but talk about personal affairs and loudly cuss with kids around while giving you an attitude for checking out because you interrupted the innopropriate conversation

While visiting the TD deli inside store I requested a small tuna sub with shedded lettuce. I was then asked if I wanted half a sub. I repeated my request for a sm tuna with shedded lettuce As the young woman started putting huge pieces of chopped lettuce, huge pieces I asked again for shedded lettuce. She responded that it was shedded so I said thats not what I asked for so she just began tearing up the lettuce into smaller pieces with her fingers !! WTH. I havent time or inclination to teach their employees their job but someone should. Do they get any training? I cannot chew anything because of a medical issue thus the request for shedded lettuce that went un filled. I purchased the sub but definitely I will not be returning. Thank you After posting this I got the message from them you see below. Why should the customer have to repeat the complaint for their ease ? They have the complaint they choose to do nothing further apparently
