Justin Harriman did an excellent job at facilitating the sale, and answered all of my questions in a responsive manner. I'd recommend making contact with him if you're in the market for an excellent sales experience. Other dealership employees were personable and easy to talk to. The dealership was a clean and pleasant space. From start to finish, I felt like I was in good hands with Premier.

I brought my jeep on February 2023, as soon as I left dealership I called because the jeep was making brake noise and I took it again to get checked and they said it was nothing just greased it and thats it. Manager told me to bring it back if anything happen again with brake noises. Took it the 3rd time and nothing was done with it because service guy said brakes are in good shape. Today 4th time I take the Jeep and nothing was done with brakes because they are good and manager stats he has to charge me to change the brakes meaning I would have to pay for something that has been going on since day one. The paint of my jeep is greeting brake dust everywhere on paint which I also put a warranty on the paint to cover anything that happens to it because it is white which I pay Monthly and the contract said anything on paint is covered. I had to get it detailed out of my pocket had to pay for it myself because they dont cover it either. Had a dent which is covered also and said that they will not cover it. I had to pay a body shop to get it fixed. I dont recomend this place at all. They sold and forget about the customer service -10

Polestar Optimization Software Review Thought I write a review to share what I have recently experienced with the Polestar Optimization (PO) software install. I have a 2017 S60 T5 AWD. I've only driven the car 2 days after the install and here is what I can confidently say: 1. The improvements impact both the normal Drive mode and Sport mode. 2. The gear shift has improved. Here is the evidence. Prior to the install, when I slow down (normal Drive mode) without breaking, the car has very noticeable gear shifts as it crosses 40 mph and 30 mph. After the Polestar install, I barely notice the gear shifts. Its just faster and smoother. 3. In the normal Drive mode, I really didnt notice any differences in throttle responsiveness or acceleration. Presumably, it is there considering the noticeable gear shift differences. I am thinking, the changes are subtle, at least to me. For instance, I wouldnt be able to notice the difference when the power moves from the front wheels to the rear wheels with Polestar while accelerating from a standstill. 4. However, when I put the car in SPORT MODE. This is where, without question, I felt substantial throttle responsiveness, torque, power, and acceleration. The T5 is very quick to begin with. However, Polestar makes the car feel more powerful and agile. From a standstill, a slight push on the gas pedal and the car instantly (relative to normal Drive mode) takes off. A little more on the gas pedal and it just goes. Getting on the highway is even more enjoyable. When accelerating at full throttle, I get slammed against the seat and the car feels like it rockets off. I dont recall experiencing that before on my T5. The Volvo spec sheet has a 0.1 sec improvement in 0 to 60 mph time. But I can tell you, it just feels faster. I will probably notice other improvements over time as I get more driving time with the Polestar software. For now, I am enjoying the upgrade and a big thank you to the Volvo Plymouth team.
