Didnt want to take yet another call from a disability lawyer for my boyfriend's case. The introductory interviews were long and time consuming. I told him to schedule another time to speak with the Hartwig law office. He requested another time but they insisted on asking d1 more questions and I am so glad they did bcuz we really needed to get this done and find some representation for his disability case... I respect the fact they WANTED to help asked 1 more question on that initial phone call and I don't answering all the instructions and free consultation they decided to take our case on and we decided to hire them as representation. They were absolutely excellent from beginning to end we haven't received an answer from the disability appeal yet however whether it's approved or denied yet which ultimately is not they fault if denied however I would recommend or refer This office and these people until the end of time. They took a care of absolutely everything in a timely and considerate manner or very kind and informative answered all our questions beginning to end took the time to speak to us we email phone whatever we needed and their process when it's time for the appeal with the administrative law judge is excellent keeps your nerves down and keeps you confident throughout. Attorney Hartwig and office (especially Jen)... From the bottom of myself in Tyrone heart Thank you very much for your help the correspondence and professionalism. If you could give over five stars these people absolutely deserve it!!

Several things I have learned while working with Hartwig Law Firm.. 1) They are not the typical fly by night group that really doesn't care if you prevail or not. Hartwig really takes an interest and they really make you feel that they care. 2) If you think you can go through this process alone, you can't. Trust me. 3) They keep you informed every step of the way, and truly understand the process. They explained current situations, and expected next steps very clearly. 4) They are very kind and respectful of your privacy. 5) They are diligent. For me, this process took over 2 years.They stayed at it and took it one step at a time. If you're considering representation for your SSDI claim, look no further. Worth every last dime. -Steve
