I've used them for 12 years now. Never an issue, communication is phenomenal and I always have the answers toy questions before the end of business day.

Very little help and follow through with a broken window issue at my business. I had a very difficult time with the adjuster at Union Mutual and I had called Greylock and asked them to help me out with the situation, and there was no help and no follow through. It was a year long struggle for a simple problem. As a small business owner, you would hope that a smaller community bank would go to bat for you when needed. Its shameful that you cant even get a phone call returned. I know how important it is to return phone calls to customers and I make sure it happens even if I know the discussion will be a hard one. Its just the right thing to do. I will be finding another company for insurance and using another bank for my business banking going forward.
