        Last Saturday I walked downstairs into my basement and I had 3 plus inches of water. I ran to a bigger store and they were absolutely no help and I bought what I thought I needed. When I got home I realized I needed more than what I purchased. I called Ace Hardware and the nice girl on the phone said they had what I needed. I came into the store and bought a pump and new hose and came home and it worked like a charm. The girl in the store even called her manager at home to make sure she was selling me the right thing. Thank you for helping someone who was in a total panic. You were so very helpful and kind.

        I went into the store today looking for one tiny screw- to reattach a toilet paper holder in a bathroom. The staff here are amazing. The guy was helpful and very patient! He even looked up to see if toilet paper attachments come with a standard size. We found 3 possibilities- and I was off. One of the screws fit perfectly and my toilet paper holder is reattached! You simply cannot get more knowledgeable and thoughtful service!!
