Was lied to about damage being not under warranty and they fabricated a false reason to charge me for the diagnostic work and refuse me a rental. When I went to Harr Toyota they fixed it the sensor which was 100% covered by warranty gave me a rental like they are under obligation to do so. Dont trust this dealership, there are much better Toyota dealerships within a reasonable distance.

The experience to get you in the showroom and selling you a car is strategical and no flags there. The real nightmare starts when you actually buy a car. Once you have given them your money and walked-out, they'll forget you even exist or matter. I have never met such incompetent and careless people in my life and I have bought over 15 cars. I had to call for simple piece of info for like 20 odd times and none wants to take responsibility and keep transferring me to the "manager" who conveniently is never available, never picks up nor return your calls. I'm forced to write this review (and I never do) as it has been close to 4 months and I am still chasing them for the info I need. Word of advice anyone buying a car from them: NEVER leave their showroom till you have everything you need despite any IOUs or promises they make, as they'll deny your existence the moment you step out with your vehicle. Never again, as their "deals" are not worth all the headache.
